EVENTS & EXPERIENCES
SCHOOL TOUR & OPEN HOUSE
We will be offering Fall Story & Song Time on four consecutive Wednesdays: (October 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th) at 9 am. These mornings are open to both OLMC and non-OLMC families, so bring your friends! The program is ideally suited for children ages 2-5, but everyone from newborn on up is warmly welcome! Story time will be held in Gordon Hall (in the basement of the church - guests must use the side door on Oak Street to enter). Email communications@olmcboonton.org with any questions. Registration not required but appreciated so we know how many participants to expect.
PARENT/FACULTY BOOK CLUB
Reminder to mark your calendars for our first meeting of the year on September 27th at 7:00 pm. We’ll follow Agatha Christie’s ingenious and well-mustached sleuth Hercule Poirot as he works his way through four possible suspects to unravel the mystery of Cards on the Table. Email Theresa MacDonald at theresa.k.macdonald@gmail.com to RSVP and for location details.
All OLMC/LGA moms are invited to join us on September 22 at 7:30 pm for a fun and relaxing evening at the home of Anne Olohan (27 Sylvan Dr., Pine Brook). The “price of admission” for this event is a $25 or more bottle of wine that we will auction at our November gala (feel free to bring one solo or go in with others on a bottle). This will be a great opportunity to connect with old friends and meet new ones - extroverts and introverts welcome! Email Ivan at iarocho@olmcboonton.org with questions and to RSVP.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The pig roast needs your help! Please click HERE to contribute a dish and/or volunteer. There are several slots remaining and we need many hands on deck to make this special evening the event we’ve come to know and love.
Don’t forget to check out the HSA newsletter for more volunteer opportunities.
